Randy Bolling founded the firm in 1975 after working for two years in the General Counsel's office of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC. A graduate of the University of Miami and the T. C. Williams School of Law, Randy is recognized for his expertise in business negotiations, contracts, real estate, and creditor rights and has counseled clients in many multi-million dollar business transactions. Randy moved to Of Counsel status in 2016.

An avid Miami Hurricanes fan, Randy lives in Richlands.

Phillip G. Hearl, Esq.

Phillip Hearl began working as a paralegal after his first year as a Finance Major at Virginia Tech and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1989. Phillip has gained expertise in business law, real estate transactions and intermediate estate planning and represents many medical providers. Several real estate professionals also rely on Phillip's experience in real estate matters, and the Southwest Virginia Association of Realtors is a client.

Phillip is a lifelong Hokie and lives in Washington County.
